Brought my 2008 Avalon in to have the blower motor checked out.

I own a Mercedes C class and use Imports Plus for all my services. The dealership quoted me $2000 for brakes and belts, Imports Plus cam in at $650. They’re honest, trustworthy, and always have a loaner for me when I have my car in for work.

Recently moved to the area and this shop was recommended as being a trust worthy place to take my 2006 Honda Element; At the first interaction, I knew it was in good hands - The staff was courteous and very transparent with ETA, and understood that I simply needed a check and advise at 200k miles on this vehicle with sentimental value. I went in with a good idea of what needed to be done, and general ideas on cost. They gave me a list on priority of what they should be taken care of and there were no surprises at all for the car that was having some of these age related issues. Zero upselling, No work that didn't require it. Very professional when discussing cost - but also knew I was in good hands.

I have been bringing my cars here for several years now. Recently, I have had a few visits to service my son’s car. Susan and David have always been upfront and honest with their communication. They follow up and never assume anything without asking first. The car is ready when promised and it is a joy to deal with a small business who maintains integrity and continued great service! I am always assured that my car is taken care of and they are very experience in what they do!

Absolutely love Imports Plus. They have worked on our older bug several times now and are always upfront and honest. Ben explained what we needed done every time so no surprises. VW taken in for a new muffler and window not going up anymore. My son came home with it last night and WOW!!!!!!! this beetle is running better than ever!!! The only place I would let work on this car and my sons BMW. Absolutely wonderful.

Honest, fair, great people, excellent service. I drive a Mini Cooper and was looking for a good mechanic. Went to the Mini Mania website and, under helpful resources, found a Mini mechanic in my area. While Imports Plus is approximately an hour's drive south of me, I am willing to drive that hour to have my car serviced. I had to leave my car overnight, and they provided me with a loaner car, all I had to do was replace the gas I used. The cost of the repairs was very fair. The best, most fair and most honest auto repair shop I have ever used. If you live anywhere near Irmo, SC, I highly recommend Imports Plus.

I was traveling on i26 on Thanksgiving day near chapin sc. It was about 2pm and my axle broke on my car ..l was traveling from ft Lauderdale FL to Charleston WV ..after waiting on the side of the interstate for 3 hours i got a tow from a very nice gentleman name Bobby who told me if anyone could fix my car it was import plus i was there for 5 days over the holidays stranded they fixed my axle ..and i also had a censor problem which they did a wonderful job everyone was very nice great people .So if you breakdown in irmo .Or cchapin SC remember imports plus they are the best they got me home.
