Have been taking my cars to Import Plus for a good number of years and have always been more than pleased with the care they take with my vehicles. Have always been satisfied with any and all work they do, and the people there are so nice. Will continue to put my cars in their expert care.

Your Review Our family have relied on Imports Plus for more than 20 years to service and repair all family vehicles (Infiniti sedan; Toyota SUV's, sedan, and an ancient Land Cruiser; Mitsubishi and Lincoln sedans). We typically keep our vehicles for 8 to 10 years and at least 150,000 miles. The staff are friendly, highly professional, and trustworthy. Imports Plus is very reasonably priced. The times when we have compared costs of replaceables (wipers, tires, batteries, ….), they come in under dealers where we purchased the vehicles, as well as specialty shops. For major maintenance on a 2008 Infiniti, Imports Plus is a fraction of the cost of the local dealer.

Excellent customer service. I have a 2007 that runs like new. I use them for all of the work on my car - oil changes, check engine light, belt repair, and ordering parts. They FIX problems with my car - done right the first time! You get what you pay for and at Imports Plus I get QUALITY!

Imports Plus has been wonderful through the management and repair needs of two cars so far. Staff is always responsive and calm--which has sometimes been needed--and have done work competently and quickly. Best mechanic I've ever taken my car to. I have a Subaru and it has had wheel bearing issues in the past and a part I had replaced by another mechanic failed after a year of wear. They replaced the part at half the cost of the other mechanic AND guaranteed the work. We bring both our vehicles here. Our other vehicle has been on death's door for quite some time but they manage to keep it functioning and finding fixes to work within our budget. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to let you know everything they've done with a breakdown of costs so there are no surprises later on. If anything, it's less than expected. They do stand behind their work and don't suggest money-making add-on's that aren't necessary. We've even gotten refunds from them for fixes that didn't solve the problem. They put the time and effort into problem solving it, only to refund us because it didn't put an end to the issues. It's near impossible to find an honest mechanic and some may say it's an oxymoron but that's just because they haven't had their car serviced by Imports Plus! Their service, integrity, and quality cannot be matched by anywhere else I've been.

By far the best Automotive repair facility in town! Whether it's running down a difficult electrical problem or performing a timing belt job these guys are fast and professional. They are always honest about what your vehicle actually needs and don't try to sell things you don't need. I wouldn't(and don't) take my car anywhere else.

I took my vehicle in for a suspected exhaust manifold leak. Got a call later in the day with confirmation of the problem and the price. Not long after I got another call telling me even though my vehicle warranty had expired the manufacturer had extended the warranty for this specific problem. Got confirmation from the dealership it would be covered and let Imports Plus know. Most other shops would have taken my money and never said a word. They may have lost some money for diagnostics on this one but this is a way a business should be run, with honesty and integrity. Special thanks to David.

I've been taking my Hondas and Toyotas to Imports Plus for over 15 years. I can always count on my car being fixed right the first time and more importantly, they will not "find" problems that do not exist. They have even gone out of their way to recommend possible solutions that can be done outside of the shop, thereby forgoing a potential transaction. If you're looking for a shop where you can get your foreign car repaired at the lowest price, you probably need to go somewhere else. However, if you want a mechanic that you can trust to diagnose and repair your vehicle to high standards and not run up a repair bill chasing ghosts or "discovering" non-existent problems, then Imports Plus should be your repair shop of choice.
