Ken and crew did a great job fixing the ac on my 2008 VW Eos! I was referred to Imports Plus by a different shop due to Imports Plus having specialized diagnostic equipment. Not only was the ac problem solved, but it was discovered that one of the cooling fans was not working. They were able to replace the fan due to one of the specialists agreeing to come in on his day off to install it! This made it possible to travel out of town worry-free. And preventing potentially catastrophic damage in case the primary fan was to fail. Thanks to all at Imports Plus!

I appreciate the work done on my Volkeswagon by Imports plus. I've taken my car to Volkeswagon Jetta for a simple oil change and wound up with a puddle of oil on the concrete at my home, never again will I go to Volkeswagon for anything. When I took my vehicle to Imports Plus they found that Volkeswagon installed the wrong plug for the oil which is why it leaked. This was all I needed to see and since then this is the only place I take that car for work along with the friendly and prompt service from the employees. Keep up the good work Imports plus!

This shop maintains quick vehicle turn around and is employed by people you can trust. Also, one of the only places in the area that would work on my Volkswagen.
