Absolutely wonderful everytime I go. Really, Impossible Plus is the only auto shop I go to if I need the work done. They even made a needed part out of a piece of a broken part I had and fixed the issue while contacting me the whole way through to keep me in the loop about what was going on. THANKS GUYS

We had an emergency that our starter went out with zero warning the day before we needed to leave for our son’s out-of-town wedding. We had the car towed to Imports Plus by lunchtime and explained the emergency we were in. They said they couldn’t make any promises but would do their best. They came through and were able to fix our car perfectly and we were able to pick it up by 5:30 that very afternoon! Thank You Import Plus! You really helped us out!!!
