Imports Plus agreed to review my vehicle when an emergency code came up. They helped to diagnose the problem with the engine, but recommended getting service from the dealership since the repair was covered under warranty. Additionally, they provided contact information to help speed service. I appreciate their responsiveness, honesty, and professionalism.

I brought my VW Beetle in because my brakes had started to squeal when I first started out every day so I thought it must be time for brakes, but after they went over my car, David called to tell me exactly the mm of pads I had left on front and back, but they could try a different pad to see if it didn’t squeal but I really didn’t need to replace them. So, of course, I said I could live with a squeal since it’s just the first few times I use the brakes. But I did ask how will I know when it is time and he said it makes more of a grinding noise, but they check over everything when I bring my VW in for an oil change and they’ll let me know. They didn’t charge me anything for their time in checking out my car. I can’t recommend them enough. They are thorough and completely upfront and honest!

Literally have been a part of the Imports Plus Family since before I was born! (Son of Ben and Susan). Even after my parents retirement last year, I still continue to bring my car to Imports Plus for EVERYTHING! That's how much I trust the team and staff here. Will you pay a little more on the front end, yes. Is it worth every penny to know I wasn't talked down to, that I got an honest report on my vehicle, and that the work that was done is done well? Absolutely! I will continue to bring my car here as long as these great people continue to put up with me!

They fit me on very short notice, for new tires and alignment. They were knowledgeable and trustworthy and just really nice. The estimate and approval process was very streamlined and efficient. They did the work in less time than they said they would, and followed up after the work. This is the second time I’ve taken a vehicle here, and would recommend them to everyone.
